Overview
Craftsman & Labor Solutions is crewing a 5-day planned shutdown at an industrial facility in Columbus, Mississippi, November 8–12, 2026, and we need experienced fabricators. Day shift pays $34/hr and night shift pays $37/hr, plus $120/day per diem. Early arrival per diem is available — arrive by 5 PM on November 7.
Responsibilities
Measure, cut, fit and fabricate steel components for repairs during the outage Work from drawings, the job package and your foreman's direction Follow every permit, lockout and site safety rule Keep your work area clean and hand off clearly at shift change
Qualifications
Industrial fabrication experience (shutdown or turnaround experience a plus) Able to read drawings and work to tolerance Able to work the full 5-day project on your assigned shift
