Overview
Craftsman & Labor Solutions is crewing a 5-day planned shutdown at an industrial facility in Columbus, Mississippi, November 8–12, 2026, and we need experienced millwrights. Day shift pays $34/hr and night shift pays $37/hr, plus $120/day per diem. Early arrival per diem is available — arrive by 5 PM on November 7.
Responsibilities
Remove, repair, set and align rotating equipment and machinery during the outage Work from the job package and your foreman's direction Follow every permit, lockout and site safety rule Keep your work area clean and hand off clearly at shift change
Qualifications
Industrial millwright experience (shutdown or turnaround experience a plus) Rigging and alignment experience is a strong plus Able to work the full 5-day project on your assigned shift
